It makes cooking sessions a lot more organized. 3 notches where you can put your chopped ginger, onion, garlic, it’s a very good theme, it saves you from having to use another plate, it’s very good.Love the little wells on the board to keep cut items separate from the rest, really nifty. The surrounding juice wells are really nice features as well.Very good quality, very thick. Good weight and washes up well.

Good sized cutting board. all customers really love it. Now you can prepare your spices first without cluttering countertop!A ton of slicing has not damaged the wood in the slightest.Use the side with the “cups” for veggies and the blank side for meats.When not in use, it looks good enough to be left out on the stove top as a display piece and serving tray.
